If you have sore shoulders or a painful back or just feel that life is too much for you, you may like to consider taking up Tai Chi to practice on a regular basis. The Tai Chi moves are designed to open up the vertebrae of the spine, rotate the spine and open up the chest and pelvic areas. This would be a wonderful accompaniment to your weekly visit to the Healing Room and provide you with an all round health maintenance routine.
There is a new beginner's class starting on the 27th April at the Village Centre in Hurstpierpoint from 19.45 to 21.45 and it is being run by the Taoist Tai Chi Society. Check out their website at www.taoist.org.

The Healing Room is back open again and I look forward to seeing you all at the Windmill on March 4th.
I have just returned from and intensive five day CranioSacral workshop where I had the opportunity to process some deep personal issues and clear blockages. Fabulous work that not only made me feel lighter and happier but will without doubt help me as I bring in the healing energy that you need.
So come along and see how it feels!
